Description:
It is absolutely crucial that engineers have a highly developed sense of commercial and contract risk awareness. There are other risks apart from technical ones, for example knowing when your project is in danger of exposing your organisation to commercial or contractual risk. These risks have financial and legal consequences. The two-day programme is designed specifically to raise the engineer’s awareness of these risks and to equip the participant with ways to deal with them.
