Why you should attend this seminar
The course will help delegates improve their drafting skills and their approach to drafting typical commercial contracts, such as supply
and distribution agreements. It will enable them to draft more effective and robust commercial agreements. The presenter will highlight examples of good and bad practice and outline the techniques for drafting clear and effective contracts. Points will be illustrated through practical exercises and constructive feedback on delegates’ work.
