This is a new, exciting opportunity for students who have achieved an appropriate HND to study, at Stow College, the third year (ordinary degree) of the Music Business strand of the BA Commercial Music course. The course will be taught jointly by Stow and University of the West of Scotland (UWS) staff and will provide students with the chance to continue their studies in Glasgow. The BA Commercial Music offers candidates the chance to develop their own niche route in the music business, with employability as its key aim, whilst developing students creative, intellectual, analytical and research skills. The degree programme is an ideal Progression route from the specified HND programmes as it continues the Stow College commitment to produce students who are conversant with the current music business climate, creative, self-reflective, independent and ready to face the challenges of the music industry.
