This new course covers the six Common Induction Standards that form the basis of registration of all Adult Social Care staff. The common induction standards set out the basic facts that care workers need to know for their role in providing care and support to individuals in both domiciliary and residential settings, no matter what their needs may be.
The course acts as a foundation for all underpinning knowledge required for NVQ qualifications and all Social Care training. It is suitable for all those entering the Health and Social Care profession, as well as Health and Social Care staff who require induction training.
