Communication Skills
Effective communication skills with others i.e. colleagues, suppliers, customers and others is part of our everyday business lives. The course looks at the following communication skills:
*Verbal and non verbal communication
*Listening Skills
*Building Rapport
*Positive Reinforcement
*Gaining Confidence
You will be given the opportunity to enhance these positive skills through role plays and exercises.
Our Commitment
We will take feedback from each delegate to enable you to track the business benefits of training. The feedback forms can include:
* The clarity, enthusiasm and ability of the Tutor
* If the course exceeded expectations
* Action plans and commitments to improve personal performance
* Relevance to the job
This will be immediately forwarded to each delegate and the Training Manager on completion of each course.
At Clearly Training we believe that to maximise the benefits of training there has to be a change in knowledge, behaviour, attitudes or actions as an output from training. Therefore we offer a "follow up" service to delegates. This can be a telephone conversation or email with the course tutor to discuss how successfully the delegate has been able to implement their actions that they committed to as a result of a course. These sessions offer the delegate the opportunity to discuss issues with an independent coach who can offer support and ongoing advice.
Training Materials
On all courses delegates will be given a ring binder containing a copy of the presentation materials together with any relevant exercises or examples.
