What will you be learning?
This course is a professional qualification which allows membership into the Aromatherapy and Allied Practitioners Association (AAPA) and the Internal Federation of Reflexologists (IFR).
The course is delivered in the College's beauty therapy salons and comprises 10 units including: Principles and practices for complementary and alternative therapies; anatomy, physiology and pathology; advanced pathology; business practices in body massage; aromatherapy; reflexology. You will be required to gain work experience and provide case studies to build your portfolio.
What happens when you have finished?
After successful completion of the course, students can progress onto employment or higher education in a relevant subject.
