What I would highlight: I could not suggest ITonline Leaning greatly enough. Aside from the matter that they have a detailed list of courses, the reply to customer issues was also quite quick and payment choices were also adjustable which meant that one can kick start without a hitch. Their affable team are there to assist you choose which path is perfect for you. All in all, I am pleased with my ITonline Learning involvement.

What I would highlight: I am thankful to Karen Sweetnam for all the assistance given. There was a procedure which I was unaware of and I was left out of the exam. However, Karen resolved the issue in half an hour. I completely concentrated on the course expecting that I just require booking the exam and I skipped the checks and balances which had to be combined in the final process. However, I planned to pursue some more courses but after the issue I thought of skipping the ITonline. Nevertheless, after the help I got from Karen, I have decided I will use it.
What could be improved: Nothing.

CompTIA A+ 220-901 covers the fundamentals of computer technology, installation and configuration of PCs, laptops and related hardware, and basic networking.

CompTIA A+ 220-902 covers the skills required to install and configure PC operating systems, as well as configuring common features (e.g. network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS).
