What courses are included?

1.) CompTIA A+

3.) Windows 7 and Windows 8 courses

The Windows 7 course is the important one here as the bulk of companies currently use Windows 7 as their chosen operating system. The Windows 7 course will give you an expert level knowledge of Windows 7 so you can support users and very importantly troubleshoot Windows 7 issues.

These 3 courses are the courses that employers need you to have to work in 1st Line Support/ IT Helpdesk. Most IT Professionals start their careers here.

Do you need practical experience?

If you are not already working in a professional IT environment, you may want to consider our Live Labs option where you can take the theory you have learned and put it into practice.
