The Foundation Degree in Computer Games is designed to allow students to build knowledge and experience to find their place in the world of computer game design. Working across a number of disciplines, students will experience the full range of job roles in the game industry and gain an understanding of how these roles work together to produce innovative, engaging games.
Students will have the opportunity to devise their own game mechanics and assets, developing skills in a number of creative and technical disciplines to create well realised, playable games. There will be a strong emphasis on professional development and employability, encouraging students to work to industry standards in real world contexts.
