Description of the Course
The course is designed to build on the skills and knowledge learned in Computerised Accounts Level 1 and to enable learners to carry out everyday operational aspects of computerised accounts.
Course content
The course will include:

creating accounts
editing details of records
processing accounting transactions
producing customer documentation
producing supplier documentation
selectingand printing accounting reports for management purposes

Assessment
One external examination to be taken on 29 March.
Who is the course for?
The course is designed to meet the needs of people in employment who wish to improve their skills and knowledge of computerised accounts and supplement their existing book-keeping skills.
Entry requirements
It is essential that the applicant holds a Computerised Accounts L1 qualification.
What can I do after this course?
Learners may wish to extend their knowledge and progress to C&G Computerised Accounts Level 3 or to complement their knowledge of Sage software by processing onto the Manual and Computerised Payroll courses.

The College registration is only charged once per academic year.
This is a full cost course so there will be no fee remission on this course.
It is advisable that learners have access to Sage Accounts; a student version of the software can be purchased via the College for £30 to enable learners to develop at home.
