Conceptual Fashion Styling

Behind every photo story there lies a concept. Styling is not just a coincidental creation but rather a composition of carefully chosen elements. Whether for an artistic photo series or an editorial in Vogue, the concept needs to be strong. During this course we will explore the elements of fashion styling and putting together a unique fashion story, working in small groups.

We will learn how to research and create a clear visual communication of our concept while working in teams.

With the visualisation of our story on a mood board or sketchbook, we will explore all elements in styling.

Although we will be working in groups for some days of the course, each student will be challenged individually.
