Course programme
This four part course is delivered by Helen Hobart of Cornerstones Coaching.
The course explores various elements of confidence; self-awareness & self-esteem, assertiveness, good communication, dealing with anger & criticism, positive relationships.
The small group of women will meet on Tuesday morning for 4 consecutive weeks and support each other to develop and apply new skills.
