What's it all about?:
Practical workshop experience. This course provides the foundation knowledge and skills required for both hobbyists and computer technicians. You will carry out practical assignments and develop confidence in preparation to work on computer and microcomputer systems. There is also a requirement to attempt adult literacy or numeracy external assessments.

Progression:
On successful completion you may be able to enrol on IT support Practitioners (Level 2 City & Guilds accredited) or other courses offered at the College.
