What you can expect from the courseManagers and supervisors
spend too much time managing interpersonal conflict when their time is
valuable and could be spent elsewhere. This course will provide effective,
proven techniques for dealing with many types of conflict freeing those
who deal with conflict more time to manage the other aspects of their job.
You can expect the leaner to examine the types of conflict they currently
deal with. From here the course will build on what the learners are
already doing and we look at ways of improving the skills they already
have.
Skills practice is a valuable part of this busy training
day.
EvaluationDelegates are invited to evaluate each day of the course
