This home learning course has been designed to teach students everything they need to know about conflict management and nurture their existing conflict management techniques. Throughout six engaging modules, the course materials hone in on topics including: conflict and anger, listening, negotiation, conflict resolution and crisis meditation.

There are no prerequisites for enrolling on this distance learning conflict management course. As with many of our courses at Stonebridge College, all we ask is that our students have an interest in the topic and the motivation to engage in home study.

Study HoursThis is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material. Furthermore, at the end of each lesson there is a question paper that needs to be completed and returned to your tutor. You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper.
