Throughout six engaging modules, the course materials hone in on topics including: conflict and anger, listening, negotiation, conflict resolution and crisis meditation.

There are no prerequisites for enrolling on this distance learning conflict management course. As with many of our courses at Stonebridge College, all we ask is that our students have an interest in the topic and the motivation to engage in home study.
