The Associate Partners of IRMA Training, Megan Davies and Maxine Burchett have been working in all fields of Psychiatry since 1985.Including EMI, Adult Acute, Rehabilitation, Learning Disabilities, Brain Injury and since 1992 Child and Adolescent.

IRMA runs training courses covering the following topics

*Conflict Resolution showing caring and effective ways of resolving conflict.
*Breakaway and Non Physical Interventions training incorporating how to therapeutically manage Aggression and Violence.
*Managing Violence and Aggression which teaches people how to resolve conflict within their work environment.
*Control and Restraint PMVA and Physical Interventions training using non pain compliance as a last result maintaining the therapeutic relationship.
