This one year course will give you the opportunity to sample sessions in a range of different areas including sport, business, ICT and pre-uniform services.
You will start learning at Entry 3 from September to December and, provided that you are successful at this level, can then progress onto the Level 1 part of the course which runs from January to June.
You will be able to improve your team working, problem solving, ICT, literacy and numeracy skills. These skills are transferable across all courses and will give you the best possible opportunity to progress onto a level 1 or level 2 course in the next academic year.

What can I do if I complete this course? Once you have finished this course, you will have hopefully settled into College life and would then be encouraged to apply for either a level 1 or level 2 vocational programme in another subject that interests you. The Connect course tutors will discuss with tutors the possibility of you starting a suitable course in the next academic year.. What qualification will I gain?
