What will I study?
The level 3 Diploma is designed for candidates who would like to progress onto Junior Management at Craft Level e.g. charge-hand, foreperson, trade supervisor etc

How can I progress?
*Students can progress onto an National Vocational Qualification level 3 if they get a job, *Further progression onto a BTEC National course in construction is possible.

What will I need to qualify for this course?
In order to qualify for this course students will need; *To have completed the Bricklaying Construction Diploma Level 2, *To be sucessful at an informal interview with a member of staff, *To supply us with an excellent reference either from School or an employer, *To agree to work to College and School and regulations, *To have a reasonable level of education (studied up to GCSE level), *To be in good health to enable them to achieve all units eg scaffolding which requires them to work at height.

Course Structure
In order to gain a full Construction Diploma Level 3 in Brickwork these units will be studied; *Load and unload resources *Contribute to erecting and dismantling working platforms *Contribute to maintaining work relationships *Prepare and mix materials *Prepare components *Position components to line *Maths *English *Information Technology *Tutorial *Practical *Theory Students are expected to provide their own pen, pencil, scale ruler, calculator, eraser, steel toe-capped boots and overalls (if required).
