National Progression Award : Construction

SCQF Level 4-6

DESCRIPTION:
The NPA in Construction equips candidates for employment in Construction, or for progression to qualifications like SVQs or Modern Apprenticeships, or to professional qualifications. Individual Units are matched against the National Occupational Standards (NOS).

The NPA is a practical, mostly workshop taught to give workplace experience in close contact with the training/education provider. The structure allows candidates to take Units across a range of crafts or specialise in a single craft.

An introduction to: Construction Safety Practices | Construction Occupational Practices | Efficient Construction Practices.
