Continuing Childcare: Promoting Well-being

This is part of a series of non-accredited continuing professional development courses for childcare workers looking to fulfil the CPD requirements of their position.
 
This workbook starts by looking at children’s rights, in particular their rights to be listened to and to information about them and their family remaining confidential.
 
It then goes on to look in detail at how you build up relationships with children and how you encourage them to express their views on matters that affect them. Finally, it looks at inclusion and anti-discrimination from the perspective of how your setting puts its own policies into practice.
