2. Course description Making tasty homemade bread is a great everyday skill, and a party piece that impresses your family and friends! If you already have some basic breadmaking under your belt, but want to take your level up a notch then this course is for you. Your tutor will guide you through artisanal processes and techniques, and you will return home with new skills and expertise.The aim of this course is to learn how to produce a variety of stylish breads. In this workshop you will concentrate on some slightly more unusual breads and dough, producing some more exciting breads for you to take home.

3. Entry requirements This course is suitable for bakers with some pre-existing practical knowledge and experience of Breadmaking.N.B. Please do let us know if you have an allergy or food intolerance when you enrol on any one of our cookery courses. This information is important and will ensure the tutor can plan alternative ingredients or recipes where necessary.We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities. Please let staff know if you require any extra support when you enrol and they will arrange for a member of the Supported Learning Team to contact you to discuss your support needs. Surrey Adult Learning values and supports equality and diversity by promoting fairness and respect at all times. 4. Equipment required Recipes/ingredients list will be sent 1 week prior to the workshop.Please bring an apron, tea-towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take food home in.It is important to wear clothes and footwear suitable for a busy, hot kitchen. 5.
