Suitable for: Any level of skill from complete beginniner to experienced cooks, the course is tailored to meet your personal requirements. The course can cover anything from basic cooking skills, specialised cookery such as Thai, Italian, Chinese, Fish, Vegetarian or cake decorating skills in sugarpaste, royal icing, butter cream or a mixture of techniques.

Course programme
One to one cooking with Beverley Glock, a morning of cookery, lively chat, tips, refreshments tailored to your individual requirements, you'll leave with (hopefully) inspiration and more confidence to carry on cooking at home with recipes to take with you. Any of our listed courses can be covered as a one to one or we offer tailored courses such as vegetarian, fish, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Tex Mex, basic cookery skills, cake decorating, barbeque foods, cooking for families, buffets, cooking for Christmas, traditional Easter cooking, pastry, patisserie, yeasted doughs, just about anything you can think of.The course takes place in Beverley's lovely farmhouse kitchen on the edge of the Chiltern Hills in Princes Risborough, tea, coffee and homemade cakes will be served on arrival when Beverley will confirm the course details and go through your specific requirements and current level of skillPlease call to discuss availability and requirements.
