If you are looking to improve your health through great-tasting healthy food, then you can register for one or more of our cookery workshops. Each day starts with a presentation about the subject of the day and there will be plenty of time for you to have your questions answered. No need to bring lunch as there will be plenty of food-tasting during the day. Hot favourites are our “Cooking Without: gluten, wheat, dairy and eggs” where we will show you how to use a range of alternative ingredients so that you will never feel deprived again; and “Healthy Cooking with and for Your Kids”. One of the best ways to encourage healthy eating is to get your kids in the kitchen – this course will demonstrate healthy, fun recipes your kids will love to eat and make.
