2. Course description Choux pastry has a reputation for being difficult to handle, but you will find, with your tutor's guidance, that you can master it, and make your own delicious profiteroles and eclairs. Your tutor will guide you through the basic skills for working with choux pastry, and introduce you to a range of fillings and decorations to make your creations even more tasty and beautiful.

3. Entry requirements This course is suitable for all abilities, from beginners to those with more knowledge and experience of baking. Less experienced or less confident bakers may be encouraged to limit the number of dishes they prepare.N.B. Please do let us know if you have an allergy or food intolerance when you enrol on any one of our cookery courses. This information is important and will ensure the tutor can plan alternative ingredients or recipes where necessary.We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities. Please let staff know if you require any extra support when you enrol and they will arrange for a member of the Supported Learning Team to contact you to discuss your support needs. Equipment required Recipes/ingredients list will be sent 1 week prior to the workshop.Please bring an apron, tea-towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take food home in.It is important to wear clothes and footwear suitable for a busy, hot kitchen. 5.
