Entry requirements For whom is it appropriate and what skills or knowledge are needed before enrolment?""This course is aimed at all abilities, from beginner bakers to those with more knowledge and experience of baking. It is expected that learners would have basic cookery skills. Less experienced or less confident bakers may be encouraged to limit the number of dishes they prepare.N.B. Please do let us know if you have an allergy or food intolerance when you enrol on any one of our cookery courses. This information is important and will ensure the tutor can plan alternative ingredients or recipes where necessary.We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities.
