2. Course description Is your pasta machine languishing in the cupboard, unused? Are you tired of the same old pasta fillings and pre-prepared sauces? Then this is the course for you! You will learn a range of cooking and preparation techniques. The session is almost entirely hands-on so you will be involved with the preparing of dishes throughout. During the workshop you will be producing fresh pasta like gnocchi, ravioli and tagliatelle, and of course, delicious sauces to go with them.

3. Entry requirements This course is suitable for all abilities, from beginners to those with more knowledge and experience of Cookery. This course is suitable for vegetarians. Although some of the planned recipes may include meat, the tutor will always be able to suggest alternative ingredients.N.B. Please do let us know if you have an allergy or food intolerance when you enrol on any one of our cookery courses. This information is important and will ensure the tutor can plan alternative ingredients or recipes where necessary.We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities. Please let staff know if you require any extra support when you enrol and they will arrange for a member of the Supported Learning Team to contact you to discuss your support needs. Equipment required Recipes/ingredients list will be sent 1 week prior to the start of the first class.Please bring an apron, tea-towels and all ingredients as listed in the recipes sent to you, also some suitable containers to take food home in.It is important to wear clothes and footwear suitable for a busy, hot kitchen. 5.
