Leading to nationally recognised qualifications in Cookery Skills in Catering, the Cookery School is a practical introduction to cookery skills which can be used both at home and in a formal catering environment. The unit approach allows you to achieve accreditation at your own pace. Learn to plan menus and cook international dishes using a variety of different ingredients.
