You will learn in a small group at your own pace with support from your tutor. This course does not lead to a qualification.

You will have fun learning how to cook simple, healthy snacks and a meal. You will also learn how to use everyday kitchen equipment safely and be taught about basic hygiene when handling food.

Please note the course content may vary according to the needs and abilities of the class.

Additionality

Students should be dressed appropriate for a kitchen environment. Please bring an apron with you. Students will need to bring £10 to the first lesson to cover ingredients for the course.

Assessment

No formal assessment. On successful completion of the course students will receive a College Certificate of Achievement.

Payment options: UK/EU Fee : £100.00 Overseas Fee : £160.00 Part-time enrolments are subject to an additional annual registration fee of £10 payable once only per academic year (exemptions may apply).
