Course Overview
Calling all 11-13 year old who love food and want to learn the secrets of the kitchen! This is an opportunity for young Chefs to gain experience working at the college and to gain valuable knowledge from a simulated working environment.

Course Structure
This is an eight week course designed so that budding young chefs can learn the art of cookery in a professional environment. The course runs on Thursday evenings between 4.30pm and 7.00pm.

Students should meet in the Pegwell Building Reception
