This one-day seminar offers a unique opportunity to fully understand copyright law and how it applies throughout every stage of the Film, TV and New Media production process. Each seminar will examine closely all types of work capable of protection, copyright duration and transitional provisions, moral rights, ownership and authorship, international copyrights and reversion, equitable remuneration, performers' rights, royalties and collecting agencies as well as copyright infringement and remedies. The course will also highlight the significance of the New Copyright Directive and examine the role and function of the Copyright Tribunal.
