Building our strategy register

Change the organisation of your company and create a well-structured base with the concepts you will learn about Corporate Strategy in this course!

Corporate Strategy is concerned with how companies create value across different businesses: the business model; the market landscape; identifying what customers want (and will pay a premium for) - without a corporate strategy, an organisation is rudderless in the water. Regardless of the position of your organisation in its corporate lifecycle, corporate strategy is an essential - and this falls to the senior leadership team as well as aspiring leaders.

Our corporate strategy workshop is based around facilitated discussions, case studies and hands-on exercises: a 4-day program that helps you to understand the scope of corporate strategy and how it can be practically applied into your day-to-day activities.
