It gives a starting point for those coming back to education who wish to use the skills to enhance their own skills or it is valuable professional development for those working in health care, addiction support and education. You need to be able to commit to about two hour a week home study and practice.
For 2016 we are pleased to offer this course at £458.00 instead of the nromal price of £810.00. However if you are a learner with no previous Level 2 qualification then the course fees are waived.

- Introduction to Counselling Skills Theory
- Diversity and Ethics in the use of Counselling Skills
- Counselling Skills and Personal Development
This course will provide a valuable lead into to the Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills which is needed to progress to full counselling training.
It will enhance your personal Curriculum Vitae and employment skills as well as being useful for Continual Professional Development (CPD) purposes.
Please note: This course is not suitable if you have unresolved emotional issues and does not qualify you to be a counsellor.
