Sometimes employees need help because they are under stress, bereaved or experiencing personal or work related problems. Cosensa's counselling skills training course is designed to equip delegates with the fundamental knowledge, skills and awareness to adequately support fellow colleagues in the workplace. Trainers background:
The trainer for this course is exceptionally well qualified as a fellow of the CIPD, Member of the Employment Tribunal Panel (Scotland) and a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA). She has over 25 years Human Rescource Management experience and is an experienced group facilitator and development consultant; Action Learning Facilitator. Other skills include experience in redundancy/outplacement at senior level; crisis management intervention and bullying/harrassment investigations. She is a Member of the British Psychological Society and is also a trained counsellor and psychotherapist.
