To pass the CPC examinations. Suitable for: Fleet managers and owner operators wishing to gain an O-licence. This course is a prerequisite for those people either needing or wishing to hold the professional competence qualification for National Road Haulage Operating Licensing in the UK. The qualification is also suitable for those who wish to become a transport manager, or wish to gain a deeper knowledge and insight into the legislation and operation of road haulage transport operations.

Under current EU law, bus, coach and large goods vehicle operators seeking an 'O' licence have to show that they are professionally competent or employ someone as a transport manager who meets that requirement.
