When investing time, money or both in your teams Continued Professional and Personal Development, it’s only reasonable to expect to see tangible benefits from your investment. After all, what could be the point of completing CPD that has no measurable impact on your team’s professional skills?
There are numerous sources of CPD available and without doubt a blended approach drawing on individual and team learning sources allows individuals to match the practices investment in their training and development from their own resources. To this end we offer a range of CPD topics presented in your practice. These bespoke topics are typically 1-2 hour presentations which can be adapted for the needs of your team.
All programmes will begin with an overview of Professional Development Planning and specification of measurable outcomes to be linked to 360 degree appraisals for all team members.
Teaching
This is a taught course, in which each student is guided by a personal tutor; in this way students benefit from the ability to choose when and where they study with the support of a mentor/tutor. Each programme teaches a range of recognised legal and ethical codes which dental professionals must observe and enables students to embed GDC and Quality of Care regulations into every day practice activities.
Please find an enquiry pack attached. Studying for a professional qualification whilst working is demanding, we recognise this and have designed a range of flexible programmes offering a flexible approach to enable students to develop a range of academic, professional and personal management skills.
