The purpose of this session is to provide to a group staff within the
workplace, a foundation into providing meaningful activities to service
users who are elderly whilst employing a skills pack (Activities training and Assessment
Certificate or ATAC). Ideal for groups of homes looking to train consistently a team of coordinators.
This unit is relevant to activities coordinators or their support workers who provide advocacy or care to clients in
all care settings – hospital, residential, day- or foster-care or in the client’s
own home.
