Creative Media Production HNC/HND

This deliberately diverse course aims to equip you with many of the skills and experiences that you will need to work across a full range of creative media industries. You will be introduced to underlying vocational, practical and theoretical principles associated with a wide range of media including broadcast media. This will provide an underpinning practical and theoretical knowledge that will support a multi skilled approach to your future career. In addition to classroom-based learning, you will attend the Co-operative British Youth Film Academy (BYFA). Here you will learn Creative Media Production techniques for short and feature length films, culminating in the opportunity to work in an identified department for an independent British feature film maker. The Co-operative has a long history of supporting film for, and by, young people. This experience will guarantee substantial film production experience.
