Credit Control

Effective credit control can make or break a business. The person or team responsible for managing finance in any business or organisation must manage the payment of invoices effectively and ensure that credit given to customers is appropriate. Tightening up your procedures will bring rapid and tangible financial benefits. If you are responsible for managing or implementing credit control in your company this course will help you understand and tackle issues and provide practical solutions for you to take away and put into practice at once.

If your business is located in the West of Scotland you may be eligible for a grant of up to 50% of the cost of participating in these courses. There are a number of places available which are reserved for businesses with less than 250 employees and companies must meet certain eligibility criteria.
