Cupcake Boot Camp

Course review:

Our Cupcake Bootcamp workshop is perfect for the beginner who has no experience of making or decorating cupcakes. Starting from scratch, you will make 12 delicious cupcakes, right from mixing the ingredients, and baking them. You will then decorate the cakes, learning a variety of techniques:

• Working with Sugar paste, colouring it and using cutters to create decorations
• Making Buttercream, how to colour it and use two-tone colours
• How to pipe a variety of Buttercream decorations, including Roses and Swirls
• And of course, putting it all together to complete your cupcakes!!

At the end of the class, you will take home 12 beautiful cupcakes, and a wealth of new techniques to build on! We also give you a goodie bag of items to take home to help with continuing your new found skills once you get home!
