Course programme

Spend a day with me learning how to make the loveliest moist cakes then relax away making beautiful sugar craft decorations whilst your creations warm themselves in the oven. After lunch it is time to let your creative side go wild and decorate your cupcakes, glitter and sprinkles galore. I will show you how to make two types of frosting, buttercream and fondant. You will then package your 12 beauties and take them home to impress your family and friends.

All classes are held in Great Hale, near Sleaford and have a maximum of 4 people.

  • We start at 10am and aim to finish about 3pm.
  • Lunch and refreshments are provided.
  • All tools, sugarcraft equipment and ingredients are provided.
  • Gift bags will be available to buy on the day.
