Course content:
We offer the Customer Service Award, Certificate amnd Diploma at all levels with flexible completion timescales and start dates throughout the year.
Level 4 can be part funded on succesful application to a training broker.
Level 2 and 3 can be fully funded through our government funded programmes for which you can srart at any time.
Can be delivered on site at your workplace
Individual and group enrolments welcome.
Full training route or assessment only route available.
Up to 35 hours of one-ton-one support from our expert assessors.
