About this course

Candidates should be working in a customer service role where the organisation is willing to support them with training and assessment.
It is anticipated that all candiates will achjieve this NVQ within 1 year. This course is eligible for Train to Gain funding subject ot criteria. Entry to this qualification is by interview.

Summary
This course is aimed at individuals who have to deliver a continually improving service to customers, but who may not have the responsibility or autonomy to bring about permanent improvements themselves. The course is unit based and candidates must complete two mandatory modules and choose five optional modules (at least one from each theme) which reflect their own work experience.
