What will you be learning?
The course is aimed at candidates who are employed in a customer service role, involving a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing.

It is suitable for candidates who are working in a customer service environment or who provide services to customers.

You will study 2 mandatory units: Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service and provide customer service within the rules, and 5 optional units.

What happens when you have finished?
After you have successfully completed this course you can progress onto the Customer Service NVQ 3.
