Customer Service NVQ Certificate - Level 2

In order to complete the level 2 qualification you will have to complete the mandatory units and a selection of the optional units listed below. Details of how many units you need to take will depend on the size of qualification you take.

F1 Communicating using customer service language
F2 Follow the rules to deliver customer service

Here are some examples of the units that you may cover in your qualification, more options are availiable to you and these will be discussed with you assessor on the first meeting.

A11 Deal with incoming telephone calls from customers

B8 Maintain customer service through effective hand over

C4 Deliver customer service to difficult customers

D10 Develop your own and others’ customer service skills
