What will the course involve?
The learner will need to undertake an initial induction and assessment to ensure their suitability for this mode of delivery. Once enrolled, the learner will produce a portfolio of knowledge and performance evidence. Each learner will have a dedicated assessor who will visit them in the workplace to undertake observations and provide any necessary advice and guidance.
