  • We deceide that all frontline staff would benefit from undertaking this qualification -we negotiated this with SDL and decided on appropriate units to be taken including an extra unit that was over and above the full qualification but was very useful to us as a business. Aimed at candidates who will be delivering and managing service and will be accountable in the area of practice. Candidates will be working without direct supervision or on their own, such as in commercial customer service, management, PR and recruitment to name but a few.
