Who is the course for?
This NVQ is aimed at candidates who are in work roles where they have to provide a continually improving service to customers and are able to effect permanent improvements for the benefit of customers and the organisation.

What is the course about?
There are six units in total, 5 Mandatory & 1 Optional :

* Organise, deliver and maintain reliable customer service (Mandatory)
* Improve the customer relationship (Mandatory)
* Work with others to improve customer service (Mandatory)
* Monitor and solve customer service problems (Mandatory)
* Promote continuous improvement (Mandatory)
* Develop your own and others` customer service skills (Optional)
* Organise and promote products or services to customers (Optional)
* Lead the work of teams and individuals to improve customer service (Optional)

Will I need anything else?
LSC funded subject to status and locality with course fees of 550.

How long & often do I attend?
Start Date: Throughout the year.

How will I be assessed?
A Riverside College Halton assessor visits your place of work on a regular basis to support and conduct work based assessments.

What opportunities will this lead to?
Successful candidates may wish to progress onto a higher level NVQ depending on their job role.
