An NVQ is one element of an apprenticeship the other two being a technical certificate (taught course) and key skills (number and communications).

How does an NVQ operate at Cirencester College Business School?
You will be allocated an individual assesor who will check you are on the right course and undertake a full induction. They will then meet with you every 5/6 weeks to monitor your progress.

How do I make sure that I keep up to date with my course?
You will be set an objective each time you meet with your assessor. You should ensure that you achieve this before you next have an appointment.

What's the difference between a level 3 and level 2 & 4?
There are expectations that you would have reached a good level of competence and experience to undertake a level 3. If you are at an operational level than a level 2 might be more appropriate. Or, if you have a considerable level of experience it may be that level 4 is more appropriate. Please make sure you have reviewed all three levels before making a decision.
