Customer Services - Nvq Level 2

Customer services NVQ's are aimed at people working in any organisation that deals directly with customers. Our qualifications are very flexible, enabling the organisation and the individual to choose through optional units which best suit their job role. The qualification is competence based. This means that the candidate has to show their ability to do their job according to performance criteria and under pinning knowledge. Candidates plan a programme of learning with their assessor and compile a portfolio of evidence to prove that they are competent and knowledgeable in their work role. You will also get full support and we will tender to your specific learning needs. All qualifications are done on your companies premises with little inconvenience but maximum effectiveness.

The course begins by looking at what customer service is all about. You'll learn how to deliver a positive customer service experience that's key to building a loyal customer base. You'll be shown ways to make your customers feel good and valued by your organisation, its products and its services and you'll learn key skills to help you turn negative situations into positive experiences. You'll also learn about government legislation that exists to protect your own and your customers' safety and security.
