Cycle Maintenance

Our popular one-day basic and intermediate cycle maintenance courses are held on a regular basis at our dedicated central London training centre.

The basic course is suitable for anyone wanting to learn how to keep a bike in good working order. Learn to fix a puncture or change your brake blocks.

The intermediate course focuses on more complex tasks such as wheel truing and re-greasing bearings.

Once you have had a one-to-one cycle training session with us and if you live or work in certain London boroughs, the cost may be subsidised. Indeed, if you live, work or study in Lewisham you don't even need to have had a one-to-one training session first.

We also offer bespoke maintenance training, either on a one to one basis or to small groups of individuals.
